One of the many reasons we’re fans of RVCA is because they represent more than a brand. They represent a lifestyle. One that values balance, activity, and art. Through their Artist Network Program they support and promote artists who, many times, don’t receive the exposure they deserve for their creativity and tireless work.
This spring, the SoCal brand released a small collection of VA Sport activewear with some featuring artwork from artist Kevin Ancell. Ancell is a San Francisco based artists with early roots in the 70s SoCal surf scene. He believes “art is an exploration of the inner self and another form of self-expression.”

RVCA ANCELL RUNNER SHORT SLEEVE SHIRT
The RVCA Ancell Runner Short Sleeve Shirt is a regular fit sport shirt with Back Out Technology. It’s features include anti-microbial, moisture wicking, and drying technology. Finished with no chafe flat lock seams and a drop tail for added coverage.
RVCA ANCELL 19″ STAFF SHORT
The RVCA Ancell 19″ Staff Short is a 4-way performance stretch short made with lightweight and fast drying fabrics. It has zip pockets at the front and a hook and loop closure at the fly and waistband.
RVCA ANCELL VA SPORT SHORT
The RVCA Ancell VA Sport Short is a jersey performance short with an elastic waistband. It has front slash pockets and binding at the sides and bottom hem.
RVCA SOLID RASHGUARD
The RVCA Solid Short Sleeve Rashguard is a short sleeve raglan surf top with RVCA and VA screenprints and allover flatlock stitching.
RVCA SPORT T-SHIRT
The RVCA Sport T-Shirt is a standard fit, combed cotton short sleeve tee. It has a front screen print and an inside screened neck.
