The Vancouver based Reigning Champ, who has climbed its way to the top of the premium athletic wear space, has once again teamed up with superstar Adidas, who has reclaimed ground amongst the top global sportswear labels. The two have collaborated frequently over the past few seasons, this time releasing a new “Primeknit” offering.
The primeknit material is a proprietary yarn blend that increases durability and mobility while providing exceptional comfort. The new PK material is currently available in a bomber, crewneck sweatshirt, and sweatpants. The collection also includes crewnecks, zip hoodies and pants made from Reigning Champ’s iconic French Terry fabric.
National League MVP and current World Series Champ, Kris Bryant, was scouted to showcase the new release in a lookbook and short film called “Proving Grounds.” The message RC portrays is that no matter where we start or where we’re going, we all have our proving grounds.
