After months of rumors Nike finally dropped the long awaited Metcon 3. Its enormously popular, sometimes controversial, Crossfit shoe has been updated with a softer, more flexible midsole for versatility, a firm rubber heel for stability, and reinforced design for durability. Expectedly, this is the best Crossfit shoe Nike has built.
Currently, the Metcon 3’s are available for custom design ($170) on the Nike.com website and will be available in set colorways ($130) on January 5th. They are also available on the Rogue Fitness website to view, but will be for purchase on January 6th.
According to other sources a Metcon 3 DSX Flyknit ($160) will be available at Nike.com on January 2.
